You Were Born Rich Book Review, Bob Proctor

If you ever wondered what the true meaning of the money is, You Were Born Rich has a reasonable explanation.

Take it from the man who became a millionaire before his age of thirty, with no formal education and business experience.

You Were Born Rich Book Review

Bob Proctor makes significant emphasis on the view of the money. He says, money is important; however, money is only a servant. It is something we should learn and apply.

As I had some financial troubles in my past, I decided to give it a go. After reading this book for a couple of times, my attitude towards money had dramatically changed. Moreover, I realized I have begun to change my financial situation along the way.

I like the simplicity of this book. As well as the fact that Proctor included a real-life experience from the people he worked with. You Were Born Rich had been written in simple layman’s terms so everybody can understand and apply the read. In fact, it is a step by step guide for unlocking your inner millionaire.

Let Go and Let God

The title of one of the chapters of the book. The chapter deals with the importance of having a strong feeling of faith in what is coming and gratitude for what you have right now. He explains how essential is to be grateful for all goods and bads, so we can create awareness of both, and stay focused on more good.

I lost my faith in my way. This chapter opened my eyes again and made me realize if I want to change my life, I have to “Let Go and Let God.”

The basic structure of the book is, decide what you want (how much money), make a mental image of yourself already having it, have faith in yourself, let go of the negative past, expect the best in the future, step out and work for it, work as hard as you can and concentrate on your goal. Eventually, you will reap what you have sawn.

We were truly born rich! Maybe we just lack money.

Imagine you managed to solve your biggest problem in life. Imagine the freedom you will feel once that problem is gone. If you like the feeling you got right now, I suggest to you to open this book and understand that You Were Born Rich.

The book is an excellent read for everyone who is looking for ways and means for financial freedom.

Moreover, you can successfully apply the concept of the book to any area of your life.

  1. Great review Ivan. I agree, a lot of success, be it financial or otherwise is just about our mindset. I like how this book covers those areas.
How does this book compare to Napoleon Hill’s book, think and grow rich? Do you find it on par with it? I understand that Hill’s book is an all time classic so perhaps the comparison isn’t fair but just curious as to how this book is different.

    • Hi Vivian,

To put it like this. It like you compare Ferrari with Mercedes 🙂 Ferrari being Think and Grow Rich. Joke on the side, both books are dealing with the same thematics, money and how to have more. Both are using the same principles to describe the process. The difference is in 60 years, which means You Were Born Rich is written in a different fashion compared to Thin and Grow Rich. This is a rough comparison. However, once you read both books you will see a great difference between them.

I hope this answers your question.

      All the best,
      Ivan

  2. I like the stuff I see here on how to better one’s self in the world. So many are stuck in a rut and want out of the hole. And who doesn’t want to make more money? Thanks for the information!

  4. This sounds like a great book! I think because we need money to get food and housing, etc. we become a bit overly focused on money. It really isn’t as important as some of the relationships and experiences of life. It can make those things easier to obtain.

    • Hi Melinda,

Yes, that is true! That is why You Were Born Rich is a great read. It creates a different view of the money and puts the focus on more important things in life. Wonderful book!

  5. In the review of the book “You were born rich” can be found the essential facts that support you to gain your goals with your online business. Money is a servant of us and it’s something that we should learn and apply. That’s what I’ve done the past few years to make a breakthrough with my online business. You can learn the money-making-method with hard work and with professional training. But if you didn’t have a strong feeling of faith in what you are doing, you don’t succeed.

  6. Thank you for this review. Bob Proctor was one of the first websites that I visited where I noticed a “become an affiliate” type link. I clicked it and that it what eventually led me to blogging. Funny how that works.
I did not read his book because I believe that Bob was referencing someone that he learned from when he was younger – maybe Napoleon Hill?.Whoever it was, I went looking for that book.
I have listened to tons of interviews and podcast stuff with Bob Proctor and he is an amazing speaker and is very motivating. I am going to get his book now!

    • Hi Irma,

Your welcome! His book is a result of may years of study Think and Grow Rich plus tons of similar material. The theme is the same as every other book in the field, including Napoleon Hill’s, however, it is not the same. Two different materials. Givi it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

      All the best,
      Ivan
