5 Amazing Tips To Help You Turn Your Goals Into a Reality

Turn Your Goals Into Reality

When I started to wonder how to turn my goals into a reality, I admit I was full of skepticism.

Goals I wanted to see in my fact were something I have never done before.

However, as I am (like you too) a naturally curious, I was reading, watching, and listening to every conceivable material which I thought it can help me erase my doubts.

Finally, after I managed to accomplish a few big ones from my list, I got a massive boost of confidence and realization that it is much, much more comfortable than I thought.

In this post, I want to share with you five tips I have extracted from my own experience, as well as from material I am continually studying.

These suggestions work for me every time I set my mind to turn my goals into a reality.

But before we begin, I must say that none of these really matter, and it won’t work unless you decide, right now, to put everything on the side and exclusively work on your goals as they mean life itself.

Many people wish for a better life, but somehow they expect that someone else will do everything for them, or they will find a magic wand in a post like this one.

I was thinking the same.

However, you and only you have the magic inside, to reshape your reality.

Here is a clue!

The magic starts in your mind, with your imagination.

How To Turn Your Goals Into Reality

5 Tips to Turn Your Goals Into a Reality

These five tips, or steps, are designed to influence your subconscious mind which holds your old habits that are probably stopping you from your goals.

Your subconscious mind holds your beliefs and controls your actions, and we must change those old beliefs and patterns right now.

The subconscious mind is a topic for itself, but for now, it is enough that you are willing to apply these steps without any doubt in their soundness.

We will leave the science behind the subconscious mind for one of my next posts.

Let’s stick to what is important here, that is to help you turn your goals into reality!

1.) Clearly define your goals

Now, the first thing you will have to do is to sit down, relax and make yourself comfortable.

Then think about your goals in a totally relaxed state.

Try to see it in as many details as possible.

Figure out all the specifics related to your goals.

If it is a new car, see what type of the vehicle you like, which color you prefer, what engine size suits you, how many doors you need, how much you are willing to pay for it, etc.

If it is more money in the bank account, decide exactly how much money, what type of service you are going to provide in exchange for the money.

You can set a goal to lose weight.

If so, decide on an exact number on the scale you want to see, are you going to go to the gym or workout at home, what food you will eat, etc.

Whatever you want to accomplish in life you will have to first clearly define your goals.

Make a written description in as many details as possible.

2.) Set a realistic accomplishment date

Next.

Think about how long will it take for you to accomplish your goals.

Don’t be nervous or impatient with this step.

Give your self enough time to make it happen.

There is a reason why you should decide upon how much time you need.

As already stated in the introduction,  our subconscious mind controls all of our behaviors.

Therefore, when you set an accomplishment date and when you memorize it, in other words, you impress this information to your subconscious mind, the mind will make sure that you don’t miss the target by much.

It is vitally important to really think about how much time will be necessary for you to accomplish a goal.

So, take as much time you will need to calculate this one.

3.) Create a GOAL CARD

Once you know all the specifics about your goal, proceed to a most critical part of this process.

Write it down on a piece of paper, or a goal card.

Keep that card with you all the time.

Take it and put it in your pocket when you go out.

Look at it as often as possible.

Devote a few times per day, for ten minutes, to close your eyes and visualize your goal.

See a clear picture of your goals.

Moreover, use your imagination so effectively to paint a picture of yourself as already in possession of the thing you want, or the situation you wish to be a part of.

Why did I say that this step is the most critical part of the process?

The answer is simple if you think about it.

Everything that the human mind can conceive through the mental faculty of IMAGINATION is possible in the real world.

Go outside and take a look at the blue sky.

When you see a plane crossing the sky above you remember that once, two individuals no different than you and me, saw themselves in their imagination, flying through the air.

Then, look around you and take a mental picture of every object you see.

The car, the house, the street, even the three and the grass, was at first nothing but an image in someone else’s mind.

Those people decided to preserve their imagination and use it to create their goals in real life.

Therefore, take this step with most serious mindset!

Just 6 Minutes to a Successful Life

4.) Work on your goals every day

To start manifesting those pictures from your imagination in your reality, you will have to work your but off!

Nothing in life comes easy.

Everything requires a specific amount of time, space, positive energy, and work to grow and become a reality.

It is a law.

For some goals you will have to work like you never did before, you may have to learn a new skill, stretch yourself, you may have to change your life completely.

However, some other, smaller goals may come to you with minimum effort.

People misbelief that a strong wish is enough.

The strong wish is just a starting point.

After your dream become a desire, and you turn your desire into concrete and DEFINITE GOAL, your effort is what is going to attract the results in your life.

How much you give is how much you will get back.

Therefore, don’t be afraid to roll up your sleeves and dig into it like never before!

Also, a certain amount of planning and organizing your actions will be required.

Nothing has ever been accomplished without at least some sort of plan which can be turned into an organized movement.

I can give you a few advice right now how to make this as comfortable as possible.

You can speed up time required for the realization of your goals by making small steps.

People make mistakes by trying to fit in a whole pie instead of taking small bites.

Work on Your Goals Every Day

For example, things like daily, weekly and monthly ToDo lists are going to be the best first step in planning and organizing that you can do.

ToDo lists are not hard to make, and they are THE BEST form of simple preparation.

Just take a goal from your GOAL CARD, and break it into yearly or monthly goals.

Next, figure out how many small bites you will have to make and turn them into your weekly and daily goals.

It is so simple that is is almost unbelievable!

5.) Be persistent until your goals become your reality

I could write for hours and hours about the importance of this great personal quality of persistence.

People who lack persistence don’t get what they ask from life.

Why?

Because they are ready to give up at first sign of opposition!

Sooner or later and obstacle will come to your way.

Sometimes you will be able to smash that obstacle from the first try.

However, sometimes the barrier will seem unbreakable.

I can guarantee you that as long as you keep persistently push forward, you will eventually break the obstacle.

If you are not going to be able to cut it, then, you will find a way to go over, under, or around.

Ultimately, with the power of persistence, you will be able to keep on moving forward until you have what you want to have.

That is a guarantee.

I learned from experience that every person who has a significant amount of persistence in him, can turn their goals into reality.

Persistence can be developed.

Your mind is a creature of habit.

Therefore, when it gets hard, it will first try to stop you.

However, once it gets used to going forward no matter what, it will yield to you a brand new skill, a mighty skill of persistence.

And, if you lack in any skill necessary to turn your goals into reality, your persistence will be more then enough substitution which will lead you forward.

Example of a Goal Card

To give you an example of how to do all of this I have created this small goal card.

Actually, this is an example of a goal card from an amazing book, “Think and Grow Rich”, by Napoleon Hill.

Hill wrote this book with an intention to help people turn their goals into reality by following some scientific methods.

I have been using this material for over two years now to completely reshape my life, guys!

All I can say that it is worthy of your time and effort.

This is how Napoleon Hill recommends you to do create your goal card.

Let’s say your goal is to raise precisely $50 000,00 in five years.

You goal card should be looking something like this:

“By the first day of January 20__. I will have in my possession $50 000,00, which will come to me in various amounts from time to time during the interim.

In return for this money, I will give the most efficient service of which I am capable, rendering the fullest possible quantity, and the best possible quality of service in the capacity of _____ (name your service).

I believe that I will have this money in my possession. My faith is so strong that I can now see this money before my eyes. I can touch it with my hand. It is currently awaiting a transfer to me at the time, and in the proportion that I deliver the service, I intend to render in return for it. I am awaiting a plan by which to accumulate this money, and I will follow that plan when it is received.”

Now, this statement may look absurd at first.

However, if you will examine those five steps from above, you will find them all incorporated into this GOAL STATEMENT.

The statement is an example from the classic success philosophy written almost one hundred years ago.

It still works today, and it will for eternity.

As I have already mentioned the book is “Think and Grow Rich,” by Napoleon Hill.

You can get it for free once you join my email list! 🙂

Five Tips To Turn Your Goals Into Reality

A Better Life Awaits For You

No matter what dreams you hold in your mind an heart, with proper guidance and right mental attitude you can have them all.

The size of the vision is then, irrelevant.

Moreover, the bigger goal you set in front of you, the more you will stretch and evolve to accomplish the goal.

During the process, you will meet a new, better you.

The old you will be the person who struggles to achieve his goals.

However, the new you will be able to set his mind on whatever he wishes and bring it to reality.

I wrote this post with massive confidence that you will apply these suggestions.

As I have said already, they are extracted from my experience and knowledge I was able to gather on this topic of goal achievement.

So, make sure you use them wisely and stick to them until you see your goals as a part of your everyday life, a part of your reality.

If you ever need a hand or have any questions, feel free to leave them below, and I will be more than happy to help you out.

  1. Your posts are always so inspiring, Ivan!
They always make me feel better, no matter what I’m going through.
This one is no exception. Everything you wrote makes so much sense, but I’ll admit I’m skipping few of the steps you have listed.
I’m having the biggest trouble with number 2 – setting a realistic time.
I’m always so impatient – something that I have to work on.
Thank you so much for totally making my day!
It’s helpful to know that there are so many other people going through the same experience as mine!

    • Hi Boryana,

Anyone who wants to turn goals into reality, experiences what you do as well. Impatience is a disease of the new millennia. People are so used to “microwave” results, so we think that everything will come fast. No one has the patience to work slowly and wait for the results to appear by their own accord.

I am happy that I can help you. Keep these five steps in your mind, practice them every day, and soon you will become a more self-reliant, and patient person who can turn every goal into her reality.
